By making a thorough assessment of the injury and treatment to date, asking questions of the physician and employer, we work to resolve the injury to the fullest extent in the quickest possible timeframe.

Telephonic Case Management - for those who simply want input from a nurse but no appointment attendance. Utilize the expertise of a nurse to follow-up telephonically with physician offices and other medical providers to improve the quality of the medical information you receive.

Catastrophic Case Management - serious injuries require special attention. With our team approach, these cases are assessed by more than one case manager to provide the most comprehensive information possible to all stakeholders. 24-hour referral is available by calling 877-757-4960 and leaving a message in the Operator voicemail.

Liability Case Management - Injury cases where you need more information about the diagnosis, medical treatment and long-term prognosis.
